Once you are in a phone call, it will look like this:

The options are rather straight forward.

In order from Left to Right

-Mute - To Mute your line, so they can't hear you. Hit Mute. Hit it again to unmute.

-Dial Pad - used to manipulate in call options

-To add a person to your phone call, click Add. It will open a menu, here you can search for an employee OR type the number  of an outside line. Either click the user or hit "Add" for an outside line.

-To transfer a call, click the transfer button it will also open a menu where you can search for an employee or dial an outside    number. Once you have dialed or chosen you are presented with the options to:

-Blind Transfer- this is a blind/ direct transfer

-Attended Transfer - you call the person and are given the oppoptunity to speak to the new party before the transfer is           complete

-Transfer to Voicemail- This works ONLY on internal contacts and transfers them directly to the voicemail of the individual,       bypassing talking to them or having to wait to ring through to voicemail.

-Park- This will park a call to and allow you to call someone else

-Hold - To put a call on hold, hit hold and they will hear music on their end.

-Hang up
