To update your signature using CLASSIC OUTLOOK follow these steps. Not sure if you are using Classic or New? Click here to find out.
Start by creating a new message. Once that is up, in the Message toolbar click on the Include Icon, then Signature and then Signatures. This will bring up your signature editing pane.
The first thing to do here is to Highlight your name.
Now we'll set the font color by clicking on the "A" icon in the tool bar. The color to use is "Light Gray, Background 2 Darker 75%" which is highlighted in the image below.
Once that is done we need to set the font color for the rest of the text. Highlight your title, phone number(s) and address:
Now click the "A" in the toolbar again and this time we will use "Light Gray, Background 2, Darker 50%" which is highlighted in the image below:
Now we need to update the logo image. You saved this logo (likely to your desktop) from the email Marketing sent you. If you didn't you can right click this logo image and save it now:
Now click on the existing logo in your signature to highlight it:
Click on the "Insert pictures inline" icon in the tool bar as indicated above. Now go find where you saved the new logo and select it. Click the Open Button. The logo should be replaced with the new one.
Finally we need to save the changes by clicking Save:
Important Note:
Do not change the formatting (font, layout), or add any extra information without Marketing's approval. All signatures are to be uniform in format company-wide.
