Type in your first initial and last name @continentaloffice.com (even if you use another domain such as cobuildbetter.com or wrightcf.com you have to use continentaloffice.com here).
Hit Next
Type in your password and hit next
If prompted, enter the 2FA code (from your app or that was texted to you)
You're now at your Inbox
