Once you log in you'll see this: 



You can drill down into the appropriate folder for what you are looking for. However you can also connect this to your one drive so that you see it in your windows explorer one drive folder all the time. To do that, click on the Add shortcut to OneDrive button as highlighted below:



Once you do that, it will take a few moments to sync but you will see you have a new folder in your OneDrive named "Documents - Continental Resources" that has the Associate and Sales Resources folders in it.
