Zipping files allows you to group and compress many files into one collection, which makes sharing files with others much easier.
- Note: If the zipped file is too large to email, you can upload and share it through OneDrive. Instructions can be found here: https://helpdesk.continentaloffice.com/support/solutions/articles/1000306540-how-to-share-a-file-using-onedrive
Windows
- Select the files you would like to zip. You can click and drag, or you can hold CTRL and click multiple files to select them together. It may also be easier to put these files into a folder and zip the folder, which will reduce the total file size of the folder.

Once it finishes, you should see a zipped file! You can rename the file by right clicking and choosing "Rename".
