You will receive an email from

The invitation looks like this

Once you click the button to get started you'll see this

This works off your @continentaloffice.com email only.  Click Next.

Here you will choose your master password. This should be totally unique, NOT the same thing you use to log on your computer every day, and IT will not be able to see  this or tell you what it is if you forget it.

It must be at least 14 characters long, have at least one each of a number, symbol, upper case and lower case letter.

You will have to type this every time you log in to your password manager so make it something you can work with.

If you use Chrome you may see Chrome prompting you to save your Master Password like this:

DO NOT SAVE THIS IN CHROME, THAT WILL NEGATE THE SECURITY OF THE MASTER PASSWORD. CHOOSE NEVER.

Once you have your master password set you will be notified that you must enroll in 2FA. Click OK.

You have your choice of how you do the 2FA.  You can get a text daily when you log in with your 2FA code, or you can install an app of your choice on your phone to generate the code.  Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, and 2FAS are all safe options.

If you decide to install an app, toggle off the Text Message choice and toggle on the Google and Microsoft Authenticator (TOTP) option.  Follow the prompts to scan the QR code with your app.

If you decide to use the text message method, enter your phone number where indicated including areacode, without dashes or spaces.

Whatever method  you choose, it will ask you top enter the code to verify.

Once verified you will see 10 backup codes displayed

The purpose of these codes is if you ever lose your phone and can't get the text or generate the code with your 2FA app of choice.  You should note these down for safekeeping and then when done click the "I have written these codes down" button.

Now we can start importing any passwords that your browser knows about.

Click the Import Now button.

In the upper right next to the "From a browser" section click Import.

It will ask you to install the Keeper Import tool. Click Install.

As it installs the tool, it will display a code here. Click the copy icon to the right of the code and then paste the code into the tool that comes up. Click Import.

It will display a list of what passwords it found. Click Add to Keeper.

Click OK, and then Click the X to close the Settings overlay.

Now we can install the Keeper Browser Extension.

Click Install Now.

It will take you to the Chrome Web Store, and you'll see this. Click Add to Chrome.

Click Add Extension

As we only use this on our work computers and nowhere else, there is no need to sync. You can click the X.

Now click on the icon for your Chrome Extensions, it looks like this

And then click the PIN icon next to Keeper.

Lastly, it will offer you the ability to set up account recovery in the event you ever forget your Master Password. As these accounts are managed at the Enterprise level it is not required to do this step but you can if you wish.

You're all set and ready to use Keeper!
