If you are using this method, you will first need to remove the existing Continental account by going into Settings, Mail, Accounts. There tap on the existing Continental account and then click delete account. This will take a few moments depending on how much mail/data you have.
Next go back to Mail and click Add Account.
Choose Microsoft Exchange
Fill in your full email address ending in @continentaloffice.com (even if you primarily use another domain such as wrightcf.com or cobuildbetter.com you have to use your continentaloffice.com address here).
Put Continental for the description and click Next.
Click Sign In here.
Fill in the password you use every day to login. You may only see our logo and not the full image here (this was done on an iPad that has a larger screen). That's OK.
You may or may not see this permissions box. If you DO, just click Accept.
Be sure to leave all these ticked on so that it can sync everything correctly. Click Save.
Next in Settings, go to Contacts. You will see a setting for Short Name, click this. Then in here toggle OFF "Prefer Nicknames".
That's it, you're done and should see this account in the Mail app now.
