Every now and then, Core will appear to freeze or lock up. When this happens, the thing to do is put in a Help Desk Request, and one of us will go into the cloud and log your session off.


If no one is available, your frozen session will be terminated automatically by the server in no more than 2 hours.


Note: Rebooting your own computer will have absolutely no effect. Since we moved Core into the cloud, Core is actually running on the server, not on your computer.
