How to reset your YouMatter password and login

To log in for the very first time, you’ll need to reset your password. 

Start by going to https://youmatter.continentaloffice.com and at the login screen click the “forgot password” link.

Once you click that it will ask your username.  Your username is your first initial and last name.  
 For example if your name was Jonathon Smith your username would be jsmith.

Fill this in and click the “Request password reset” button.

Once you do that, you will see this message: A white background with black text

Go to your email and look for the password reset email. Be sure to check in your junk/spam folder as well.  Keep in mind that you may have registered with your personal email address, so if you don’t see it in your company email check there.

 If you still can’t find it, please fill out a helpdesk ticket at https://helpdesk.continentaloffice.com using the YouMatter category and we can look up what email you registered with originally).

You should now have this email:

Click the link to set a new password.

Choose a new password, as always this should be a unique password you use nowhere else.  It should be between 8 and 40 characters, and must include one lower case, one upper case and one number at a minimum.

 

 

Once you do that you will see

You may now click Login in the top banner to log in to the site and begin using it!
