When you have a bid selected in QPE – Bid Entry – there is a button on the top right called “Docs”. Select this button.
To add a new document, select the Add button on the bottom right. A browse window will pop up and let you select the document you want to add (follow the normal procedure using you file path shortcut to your C drive or Q drive to access documents).
After you’ve added the file you can fill out The Description (It will default to “Job Attachment Added by [User Name]) as well as a From & To field.
To access a document, double click on the "File Name" field. In the example above, "Vendors Load PA.xls" is the file name.
