How to use ScreenBeam Technology

To use the new ScreenBeam technology in equipped rooms follow these steps: 

Hold the Windows key and then Press K

You'll see a list pop up of devices you can cast to.

Select the correct ScreenBeam for the room you are in (they are named by room).

The TV will display a PIN that you need to enter, enter this on your laptop. 

Please be patient, this can take 30-60 seconds to connect and process. Just wait. 

Your laptop should now be displayed on the TV. 

When you are finished you can click on the Casting icon in the system tray (lower right near the clock) as shown below.

Choose Disconnect.
